Last Part

Chernobyl , the Three mile island and now Fukushima ?????
All three nuclear power plants have made a living history,
of fear.... destruction ....to human life and earth....
Nations were made powerful among nations since the birth of nuclear energy.
But the responsibility was lacking in protecting the land and the humankind.

But it is not too late sir to redeem ourselves
Because it is a known fact how important nuclear energy is..
Now is the time to ensure and implement a solid solid secured maintainability,
For the already existing plants that we have....

The human brain is protected by layers of meningeal sheaths, then the skull, the scalp and hair.
Should we treat the nuke core like human brain?
If layers of protective barriers are built around the nucleus
when damaged by natural or man made disaster
It can be surgically repaired and or replaced
Radiation contained and .. l i f e s p a r e d.

What is a total mystery to me is why any sane person would want to be the Republican nominee. The position comes with a job description that even Superman would be hard pressed to meet.  You can get rid of a deficit approaching 50% by cutting funds from programs that represent a tiny fraction of that amount. You have to convince the financial markets not to panic if the world's bigge debtor no longer pays its bills. You have to convince seniors that they would be far better off without medicare and social security. You have to convince the average worker he'd be better off with a cut in pay and benefits, or with no job at all. You have to assuage the fears of America's fastest growing minority even though your policies will not support their interests.
You also have to convince state residents they will be far better off without the federally financed infrastructure projects that have been proposed. You have to make it clear to the guy struggling to pay his bills and with a house full of kids who can't afford to move out that rich people need to be richer.
You also have to convince the family values voter that you completely support their agenda except in practice.

Perhaps Americans should invent a new super hero, Impossible Man. Able to leap tall buildings by digging a hole, able to solve problems by making them worse, and fighting the never ending battle to convince you that the family car is totally safe in the hands of your teenage son out cruising with his drunken buddies.

Frist critic

What Pakistan need is a credible functioning self financing democracy. For that to happen it needs independent institutions. It is still feudal in structure with hardly any land reforms for the poor to subside on. It is no wonder that almost all the Pakistani politicians own thousands of hectares and are themselves feudalistic in mentality and lack progressiveness or accountability.
It has a real poor tax collection ratio, which means it can hardly spend on where it matters such as education, health-care etc. Its military is no more secular in nature post General Zia and now it has made laws such as anti blasphemy which can legally hang non Muslims.

Under such repressive environment, the only hope for Pakistan is Pakistani Defense Establishment which can deliver in case of national distress, such as the recent floods. This has been most conveniently misused by a string of Generals who whip up anti India charade and make sure that national coffers and foreign aids stay open to them.

Only the mullahs and the military reach the masses and provide them a semblance of care and concern with their hidden agenda behind. Unless the hold of Pakistan military and its scheming Generals is broken via establishment of other democratic institutions, it is very unlikely that mullah-military nexus will go away any soon.
